Kerry has been involved in the health & fitness industry for over 25 years. He grew up in a family health, racquet, and fitness center in Connecticut where he divided his time between serving clients as a certified personal trainer, a racquetball/tennis coach and being an aspiring racquetball professional.

After graduating from the Barney School of Business at The University of Hartford in 1994, Kerry moved to Long Island, NY to train and compete with some of the best athletes in the nation. During his 13 year stay on Long Island, Kerry competed at the amateur and National level as well as was a ranked professional on the International Racquetball Tour for his 9 of his 14 year career. During this time Kerry also held several personal training certifications and was a Fitness Director at a health and racquet club. Kerry’s clients ranged from juniors, who played competitive sports like tennis, golf, lacrosse, baseball and football, to the everyday man or woman who is looking to get in better shape, lose and keep off 20 pounds, play better golf or tennis.

Since moving to Georgia in 2007, Kerry is excited to offer all of his experience and education in fitness and sports to the members of the Crooked Creek Club and Milton Country Club! No matter what the end result may be you are looking for, Kerry will be able to show you how to get there in the most efficient, safe and effective ways!

Karen Brown is a certified sport specific trainer, co-owner of Accelerated Athlete and the fitness director for A5 Volleyball. In her tenure she has worked with a variety of clients in the training world; from kids in sports to senior adults, she trains for your specific needs. Karen is a former athlete from the University of Cincinnati and knows what it takes to have discipline and a great training program to make us all healthy and fit.

One on One training sessions are $30/30 minutes

$50/30 minutes partner sessions.

Packages of 8 or more are available at a discount.

Group classes of at least 4 people are available upon request and can be run at west or east courses. Boot camp, h.i.t.(high intensity training), circuit training, Silver and Fit Class, sport specific, kids fitness, and other various kids classes are offered. Classes run $10/class.

fitness is not only important to the professionals but has made its mark in college, high school
and all other levels of the game. Now that fitness has become an integral part of the game,
players are looking for the best and most beneficial way to add golf fitness routines into their
games. Testing and training techniques taught by a Titleist Performance Institute Certified
Fitness Instructor helps provide the pathway to the most effective way of achieving the goals
every golfer is looking for: playing to ones potential and lowering their scores.

A Titleist Performance Institute Certified Fitness Instructor will implement that philosophy by
performing a series of fitness screening evaluations to determine if there may be strength, flexibility or
coordination deficiency that could be hindering the client from attaining his or her maximum potential. I
will develop a fitness program that will address the issues that are discovered during the evaluations. At
the same time, I will incorporate a program that will enhance the qualities the client already possesses.

With the fitness program in place, I now work with your club’s golf professional to create the swing
that will work most efficiently for the client.  For years, top professionals have used the training techniques of The Titleist Performance Institute. Players such as Luke Donald, Camilo Villegas, and Ian Poulter have been tested and utilized the personal programs that were developed specifically for them by The Titleist Performance Institute.
